Making A Purchase Its easy to make a purchase. Follow these steps:

1) Locate a product, you can use the search facility by typing in specific product keywords e.g wheel clamp. You can click on a product or section link, or use the Site Map to take you directly to the corresponding shop page.

2) Click on any items that you wish to buy to put them into the shopping cart.

3) After you have finished your selection, click on "Order/Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

Shipping And Handling Standard delivery in the UK is charged at £4.00 Scottish Highlands and UK Islands (excluding Jersey and Gibralta) delivery is £7.50. EU deliveries are charged at £24.00 and Shipping to North America is £35.00. PLEASE NOTE Large heavy items e.g. awnings may have higher delivery charges please contact us 01206 561856 if you need more info.

Delivery Schedule You should recieve your order in 7-10 working days . International orders are generally received in under 14 days. If there is a problem we will attempt contact you, please feel free to contact us with any queries or problems you may have.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges We are not yet registered for VAT you are free to make purchases but will not be able to get a VAT reciept for the goods.

Returns Policy 'Cancellation' all customers have the right to cancel an order up to 7 full working days after having recieved the goods. If for any reason you decide to cancel your order within this 7 day 'cooling off' period please inform us by email or phone (01206) 56 18 56. You will be asked to return the goods and responsible for any charges incurred in doing so. Once we have recieved the returned goods you will be refunded the initial cost of the goods. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of a cancellation. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Items can also be returned if found to be faulty within a 30 day period after purchase. Please follow the above procedure. 'Your statutory rights are not affected'.
